Additional Information
Setup Time: Exhibitors may arrive at 7:00 AM to begin setup. An exhibitor packet with additional details and the event schedule will be provided closer to the event date.
Shipping Promotional Materials: Instructions for shipping materials or products to the venue in advance will be provided after registration.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please submit written notice via email. The cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your notice.

A 25% service charge will be retained for all cancellations.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than three days before the event.
Note: Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
